Redstone, has launched the Redstone Global Ventures Portfolio (RGV). In strategic partnership with Swiss Ventures Group, the fund is now being made accessible to qualified investors in Switzerland.

Zurich/Berlin, June 17, 2025 – Redstone, one of Europe’s leading venture capital platforms, has launched the Redstone Global Ventures Portfolio (RGV), a globally diversified Fund of Funds structured as a semi-liquid, interest-paying ELTIF (European Long-Term Investment Fund). In strategic partnership with Swiss Ventures Group, the fund is now being made accessible to qualified investors in Switzerland.

RGV offers exposure to over 250 high-potential startups and private debt by investing in Redstone’s sector-specific funds and Serpentine’s Diabetes Ventures Fund, which is being integrated into the portfolio. The fund targets key high-growth sectors including FinTech, Health, Industrial Tech, Deep Tech, AI, Education and Sustainability.

Redstone, known for managing sector-focused funds with a consistent track record of top-quartile performance, designed RGV to open access to venture capital — including for smaller qualified investors. The fund targets an annual dividend of 2–3% and is available via ISIN through most Swiss banks.

“Our goal with RGV is to open the door to one of the most attractive, technology-driven asset classes of our time,” says Michael Brehm, Co-Founder and Partner at Redstone.“Venture capital plays a critical role in well-diversified portfolios. It mitigates volatility, enhances returns, and offers a hedge against black swan events through exposure to breakthrough innovation.”

Swiss Ventures Group as one of the most active venture capital platforms in Switzerland contributes deep local expertise and acts as the Swiss access partner, enabling qualified Swiss investors to participate in this global venture platform. This includes access to Serpentine’s Diabetes Ventures Fund, now fully integrated into RGV.

Mike Baur, Co-Founder and Chairman of Swiss Ventures Group, adds: “By teaming up with Redstone, we offer Swiss investors exclusive access to a globally diversified, professionally managed venture platform. This marks an important step in our mission to establish venture capital as a standardized, professional and mature asset class in Switzerland.”
